By downloading or using Roftly – Image & Video Designs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

App Services

Roftly Studio provides editable image and video templates that users can customize and export. All usage is at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

Payments

All in-app payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Roftly Studio does not store payment credentials.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, refunds or cancellations are not provided.

Third-Party SDK Usage

The app integrates third-party SDKs including Firebase and Facebook SDK for analytics, crash reporting, and performance optimization. By using the app, you consent to data processing by these services according to their respective policies.

User Responsibilities

• You must not misuse the app or engage in illegal activities
• You must not copy, resell, or redistribute templates
• You are responsible for content created and exported from the app

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, branding, and app content remain the intellectual property of Roftly Studio or its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

Roftly Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app or exported designs.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
